Follow these steps to apply for a mortgage:

STEP 1	Request an application form (by phone or here), and return the completed form with relevant documentation to Monitum.
STEP 2	Your application will be reviewed by Monitum, and submitted to the most appropriate lender(s) from our panel of lenders.
STEP 3	Choose one of the approvals in principle (perhaps after discussing them with Monitum), and you will then receive a formal offer letter, for your acceptance.
